My cat has a pink spot. Do you know what this could be? Do I need to take him to the vet? How can I treat it?

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This is a very difficult area to treat - anything you apply topically a cat will just lick off. It doesn't look that serious so I think you could just monitor Rey for 5-7 days. If the spot does not start looking better then you will need to take Rey to the vet as oral medication would be needed as treatment (like a liquid antibiotic). Hope this helps. Best wishes.
