My dog needs vaccine proof from Petco for housing. How do I get it?

Hi my dog is Laika Lago she have now 4 months and abril 1 2023 I see you and petco for vaccine but I don’t not where is the proof for housing ? You can send me please she have appointments that Saturday with you again but ineed the prof the firs vaccine thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 12 days old | 22 lbs

If you need proof of vaccination, you should contact the clinic that saw your pet directly. They may have sent information about each visit that your puppy has been to at the clinic to your email.
