My puppy has a hard, bleeding belly bump after his shots. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 12 days old | 15 lbs

My 10 week old puppy got his 1rst Canine 5-in-1 (DA2HPPv) Vaccination, Diphenhydramine HCL Injection 50 mg/mL and Round/Hookworm Dewormer (Pyrantel Pamoate 50 mg/mL) yesterday noon and last night we noticed like a bump in his belly. And today its like open and has blood, its round and hard at the touch.

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This red bump is not related to the vaccination. It looks like some type of insect bite or wound. It is also possible that it could be a hernia or cyst. I think you should have this lump examined by your veterinarian.
