Is disinfecting cat toys with 70% ethanol safe for my cat's health?

Hello! Wanted to ask, I tend to disinfect my cat's new toys with Ethanol 70%, the one that is used in veterinary hospitals, for about 3 years, since the covid19 area started.. wanted to kniw if it puts my cat's in a risk.. of course I only let her use the toys after the ethanol evaporates ans they are dry.... thanks.

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I don't think it is necessary to disinfect toys with 70% Ethanol but there should be no harm in doing so. I don't think Bazzel is at risk of any toxicity from it. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
