What's this spot on my dog's stomach? Is it a bacterial infection?

It looks like he has a dermatitis and skin infection. He most likely needs an oral antibiotic and anti-inflammatory to treat the condition. Hello. You may be dealing with a little skin staph infection as these are quite common in puppies, but if you could post a clear picture of the area, we may be able to help further. Bathing in an antibacterial shampoo made for pets is usually all that is needed. Do this twice a week leaving the shampoo on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
