My dog has a few flat small black pimple like moles, do you have an idea on what it might be? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 8 months old | 18 lbs

Those look like nipples. You can check to see if there is a line of these on both sides of his ventrum. They usually start from the groin area and go up to the chest. There may be 10 nipples (5 on each side). Some dogs have only 6. Love the name Milo…best wishes!
