What is this skin condition on my dog's muzzle? Born with it.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 120 lbs

Would anyone please assist us by attempting to identify what this skin condition is? Has had them since birth.

It looks like muzzle folliculitis/dog acne…chlorhexidine shampoo or mousse (leaving suds on for 10 min prior to rinsing twice a day for two weeks) and a 10 day course of oral antibiotics (simplicef) prescribed by your vet could help!
