My dog had a mast cell tumor removed from her hind leg four days ago. There is no weeping or bright redness in the incision area, but looks slightly swollen. I can’t tell if this is concerning or not. Not painful, it seems.

It's hard to tell from the photo, but some redness and swelling can occur as the body brings cells to repair the wound and surrounding tissue. You can use a clean warm washcloth compress a few times a day to help keep the area free of debris and reduce swelling of the area. An Elizabethan (cone) collar is also a good idea to keep it from being licked or chewed on. If it does begin to weep, the swelling or redness spreads, the incision opens up, or it is painful or bothersome to Delilah, then a checkup with your vet ASAP is best to rule out more serious issues.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Marley! Scar tissue formation is normal at the site of an incision. But due to Marley's history of mast cell tumors and their propensity to regrow that the site, I would have him evaluated by your Vet and consider aspirating the area to be sure it isn't the mast cell returning. The fact that the lump is that then end makes me think it is more likely scar tissue. I hope this helps and I wish Marley the best!
