My dog's paw got worse after antibiotics. Should I call the vet now?

My vet prescribed Cephalasporin antibiotics for this paw. We are a day past the last dosage and it seems to look worse than ever. Should we make another vet appointment? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 27 lbs
