My dog's chewed lump smells bad and isn't healing. Is it infected?

Hi my dog had a lump grow on his leg and it seemed similar to the other lumps he's grown in the past but he's chewed this one open and we've put a cone on him to stop him chewing and its been 4 days and the wound doesn't seem to be healing, on top of that the wound has a bad odor.

I'm sorry to hear that Turbo has a wound. I'm glad you put a cone on him. Preventing him from licking is very important. From your description, I'm worried that the lump could be infected from his chewing. I would highly recommend reaching out to your veterinarian. It sounds as though the lump may need to be removed if it is not healing normally.
