Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
I’ve noticed that my cat’s poop has been a lighter yellowish color in addition to its normal color. I’m attaching a picture but I’m wondering if this seems normal?

Thank you for reaching out about Hamlet. His feces look very normal in consistency. The color change can be due to his diet or how he is digesting his food. I would not be overly concerned at this time. I wouldn't continue to monitor him. You can also have his feces tested to ensure he does not have any parasites.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding your cat. It is great that she is eating and drinking normally. I would continue to monitor her stool color and consistency. If she develops diarrhea or begins to act sick, then she will need to see a veterinarian. Stool can occasionally vary without there being a problem. I wouldn't worry too much just yet. I hope this information helps!
