My dog ate white fudge. Should I be worried or go to the vet?

My dog ate a 2 inch square of white fudge about 2 hours and I don’t know if I should take him to the vet or not. He seems to be ok but he’s only pooped once today. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 4 days old | 18 lbs

The fudge may cause some gastrointestinal upset so monitor him for any vomiting and diarrhea. You could feed a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice if you notice any GI signs. If he experiences any lethargy or persistent vomiting and diarrhea, then he should be examined by your vet.
