My dog's skin issue is spreading. What could it be and how to help?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 50 lbs

We think our dog, Chalupa, May have an infection. We’ve been giving him topical ointment and antibiotics to help but it looks like very light it’s been spreading. We need help finding out what it is and info on how to take care of it.

These look to be burns but it could also be an autoimmune disease, fungal disease, cancer, bacterial infection, etc. There is no way for us to diagnose him over the internet just based on some photos. Obviously the home treatment is not working so it is best to have him evaluated by a veterinarian. This needs some testing and some more intensive treatment.
