Is my dog's neuter incision healing normally? When can he be groomed?

My dog was neutered 10 days ago and this is what it looks like does everything look normal? He’s behaving normally nothings changed just not sure if it looks like it’s healing right, and am I ok to take him to the groomers once it’s been 14 days? Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | neutered | 3 years old | 16.8 lbs

Yes, at 10 days I'd be quite happy that healing is making appropriate progress with no discharge or redness around the wound which would delay grooming. As long as Teddy is back to his normal self I would not be overly concerned.
