My 5 yr pomeranian is hacking and holding her mouth open. I noticed a swollen neck gland. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 8 months old | 13 lbs

Especially if she is also coughing/hacking. I cannot say for sure what is going on without an in-person exam.
