firm red bump appeared yesterday on my schnoodle's muzzle. had white spot in center. now, next morning, is open and red. I have cleaned in with warm water. is it likely to clear up on its own? Pet's info: Dog | Schnoodle | Male | neutered | 8 years old | 13 lbs
