Simply put, yes. The seeds,or kernels, contain amygdalin which is converted into cyanide once ingested. Monitor for vomiting, lethargy, dilated pupils, difficulty breathing or collapse. If ShuShu ingested any amount, have her seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER facility as soon as possible.
