What to do if my dog missed his Zonisamide dose? Re-dose or skip?

I do not know if my dog got his second dose of Zonisamide. He takes three 100 mg pills twice a day and 61 lbs. He did get his am dose, not sure on the pm dose. Pet's info: Dog | Great Anglo-French White & Black Hound | Male | neutered | 61 lbs
