My dog's nipple is covered. Could it be a serious skin infection?

My dogs nipple is covered I been giving her medicine but I don't know if it's something serious

This seems to be a superficial skin abrasion with an infection building up. Disinfection can be provided back with hibiscrub (1:10 water solution) twice daily but possibly antibiotics will be needed.
