Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 5 years old | 41 lbs
My English Bulldog is having incontinence issues only at night when she’s sleeping. She is 41pds and is not drinking water excessively at all. It only happens at night when she asleep. She has already had two urinalysis done came back normal, she also had an x-ray that was normal (the vet was checking for bladder stones). She has been on Prion and Insurin. At the moment I am giving her one Insurin in the AM and one Prion in the PM. This treatment is not working, she is still urinating at night

Since the testing your vet has done is normal and the medications are not working, you could talk to your vet about referral to an internal medicine specialist in your area. The specialist could do more advanced diagnostics (ultrasound, cystoscopy, etc. to try and determine the cause and best way to treat.
