My cat is in pain. I gave her aspirin. Is it safe or effective?

I think my lsb msy have hurt my cat while i was at work. She vomited n was hiding when i got home. Growels n doesnt want me to touch her hiding under the bed. I read up on it and gave her 1/4 of 81 mg asprin i mashed up in water. Will this relieve her pain she is walking and can move around as i moved her to the spare room for now.

Since the source of your cat’s problem has not been determined, it is not a good idea to try to treat her with over the counter drugs. It would be best to have a veterinarian examine her to see what is going on, even if that means taking her to an emergency after hours clinic.
