Why is my cat sneezing a lot and sounds like his nose is blocked?

My Cat Beckham has been sneezing uncontrollably a lot lately. I’m not sure that it’s due to allergies. And he’ll sneeze 10 times in a row or such. And even when he’s breathing sounds like he may have some blockage. I’m wondering if he’s got something stuck up there or if it’s some sort of sinus infection. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 15 years and 7 months old | 12 lbs
