My Saint Bernard puppy has mouth burns. Should I go to emergency vet?

Her mouth was just fine this morning, she’s a Saint Bernard, almost 1 & gets into everything so I’m very worried. We have an appointment with the vet tomorrow but should we rush her into emergency? Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 28 days old | 150 lbs

Hello, It looks like these could possibly be some chemical or burn ulcerations- could Brianna have gotten into any hot water or cleaning solutions? I'd take her into emergency tonight if you can, in case she ingested a toxic amount of something. Best of luck.
