Why won't my dog eat, only drink water, and vomit clear liquid?

My dog butter wont eat he just drinks water and he has been vomiting clear liquid since monday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 13 years and 4 months old | 61 lbs

I'm so sorry to hear this about Butter. :( I worry in an older dog with vomiting and disinterest in food that they could have a serious illness, like organ failure or cancer. I worry that Butter might not be eating because he could be nauseous or have a painful belly ache. I'd recommend having him seen by a vet as soon as possible for a physical exam.
