Pregnant cat has reddish stringy discharge. Is it an emergency?

I have a pregnant cat. She is due any day now. I just notice a reddish brown stringy discharge from her vulva area. Should I take her to the ER? Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 16 lbs
