My dog's blood work shows high white blood cells. What does it mean?

I attached a photo of my female dog's blood work and i need a second opinion would you pls tell me what do you think. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 10 months old | 24.25 lbs

Thank you for sharing Millie's bloodwork results. She has VERY high white blood cell counts which may be indicative of a severe infection, autoimmune disease, or even cancer. I would have her evaluated for the underlying cause which may require radiographs, an ultrasound, and or a blood smear evaluation by a pathologist.
