My puppy's baby tooth is stuck. What should I do if it won't fall out?

It looks like Nero has a good bit of saliva-covered hair encircling the lower left canine tooth. If you're able to do so, try to slip the matted hair off of the tooth. If Nero is too wiggly, you may need to take him to his vet to help remove this hair clump. My concern is that the hair is holding the baby tooth in place, which could cause some issues if it's preventing the eruption of the permanent tooth under it. I hope that everything goes well!
