My 2 month old puppy reciebed his second vaccination yesterday.it’s the second day and he has been having diarrhea, second time today, it’s soft stool in a pile followed by mucus, what should i do, is it worrisome?

While this can be a vaccine symptom for up to 48 hours post-vaccination, if the diarrhea persists, worsens, or you notice other symptoms, it is a good idea to let your vet know. It is possible it is also unrelated to the vaccine, and could be caused by some digestive upset, illness, or even due to parasites present (or if he was recently dewormed, as passing the dead parasites may also cause diarrhea.) You can try offering Barney a few bland meals of boiled chicken and rice to see if it helps settle his stomach, however if his symptoms continue, talking with your vet is best.
