Are claims about this dog product causing liver issues or cancer true?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 7 months old | 40 lbs

It has come to my understanding this this product has had cases that caused liver problems and even cancer in dogs upon use, but they were not from credible sources. I'd just like to know if such claims has ever been true and if so how could it have happened?

Hi there. Based on the ingredient list for this product, I'm not seeing anything that I would expect to cause either liver disease or cancer in dogs. I have also never heard of any case reports of this happening. So I wouldn't have any particular concerns about this - I think it's likely that the sources you're seeing for this are not credible. :)
