My beagle/dachshund mix 2yr old has a sore outside her mouth she keeps kicking it has worn down to red spot what can I get over counter to help heal and not her if she licks. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 20 lbs
