My Akita is vomiting water and has loose stool. Is she dehydrated?

My dog is an American Akita who has had one loose not diarrhea stool and has been vomiting water shortly after she drinks. It has been about 5 hours she has thrown up 4 or 5 times. She is panting but it is hot 90s, and she is an Akita. I am concerned about dehydration. Am I over reacting? Pet's info: Dog | Akita | Female | spayed | 6 years and 8 months old | 109 lbs
