My cat ate a steri strip. Should I call the vet or will it pass?

My cat at a steri strip (use to close wounds, kind of like a bandaid). Should I take him to the vet immediately or will it pass? He isn't showing any sign of distress.

Hi and thanks for your request. The best course of action would depend on the amount of steri strip ingested. If it is just a small amount this should get partially digested and then pass without any problem. Monitor any sign like vomiting, inappetence, diarrhoea and lethargy.
