My cat's wound looks infected. Does it need antibiotics or just spray?

Pet's info: Cat | British Longhair | Female | spayed | 8 years and 1 month old | 13 lbs

Does my cats wound need antibiotics, I do spray it daily with antibacterial cat spray.

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. The wound does look infected. A visit at your local vets is recommended to confirm the diagnosis and to get treatment for Roman. It will likely be in form of antibiotics tablets or antibiotic ointment / cream. In this situation antiseptic spray will not be effective.
