My puppy is very tired after a trip. Is this normal or concerning?

I have a 13 month corgi puppy, we just returned from a trip where he stayed with some relatives. He seems very tired, slept all the way back and after getting home. He woke up to eat and drink water but has yet to go potty. He is just sleeping. Is it something to be concerned about or is he just overly tired from the busy weekend? Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 9 days old | 11 lbs

Other common causes of lethargy in a puppy include fever, ongoing infection, abdominal or musculo-skeletal pain and more. As long as Cornelius had something to eat and drink and is resting comfortably, you should monitor him at home. However, if he is still lethargic tomorrow morning, you should take him to your local vets for an appointment.
