My dog has eye bumps. Is it an impacted gland or something serious?

My dog has a bump on his eye, I believe in the past the vet said it was an impacted gland, looking into his eye lid though it goes back further to 2 other bumps? Is this consistent with the previous diagnosis or should he get it checked out sooner? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Male | neutered | 6 years and 6 months old | 82 lbs

Hi and thanks for your request. It is very likely to be due to an impacted/obstructed meibomian gland, which could either resolve by itself or with some anti-inflammatory drops. Tumors are possible as well and only by a quick check up these could be differentiate clinically. I do not think there is any need for an earlier check.
