My senior cat is skinny and eating fine. Does she need more tests?

This is my 14 yr old cat Celeste...she was at the local vet in may...they did tests for diabetes & kidney issues..all negative..diagnosed with arthritis..she eats fine & seems fine but she looks so skinny! I am worried about her..should I take her back for more thorough tests? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 14 years and 6 months old | 4 lbs

Hi and thanks for your request. Yes, I agree with you, her body condition score is possibly 2 or 3 out of nine. More investigations are needed. I guess a blood test was already performed, so an ultrasound of her abdomen and a chest x ray are needed as next steps.
