Why is my 9-week kitten sneezing with green boogers and eye issues?

My 9wk old kitten is sneezing a bit it sounds stuffed like a whistle sounds, he has green boogers from right nostril and left eye is watering along with inner eyelid slow to retract. He did have an upper respiratory infection when he was 5 weeks old. Hes eating-drinking-potty are all normal along with mood. What could be wrong? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 month and 24 days old | 7 lbs

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I suspect Echo has got cat flu that is complicated by bacterial infection. A visit at your local vets is strongly recommended to confirm the diagnosis and to start treatment for Echo. He will likely need a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agent and a decongestant medication.
