My puppy is 4 months old. She vomited 6 days ago and has been throwing up and VERY watery diarrhea since. Was bloody at one point but isn't now. Got tested but came back negative. Was tested for parasites and a. GI blockage but both were also negative. She isn't getting any better...what could it be??

Even if the parvo test was negative, parvo is most likely. The test is not 100% accurate. She should hospitalized and treated as such. She cannot continue this way. I suggest you take her back to your vet for hospitalization and supportive care - intravenous fluids, antibiotics, anti-emetics, etc. If blood testing has not been done that should be done as well. If her white blood cell count is negative then it’s definitely parvo.

I would have her rechecked by your vet. It is possible that the parvo test cpuld have been a false negative because it was too early in the course of the disease. I would have them do another parvo test and if still negative, try to find another cause for the vomiting. Your vet may decide to do some xrays to make sure she doesnt have an obstruction in her gi tract. With her being so little, she is at high risk for dehydration so I would not wait too long to have her looked at again. I hope this helps!
