My Golden has red spots on belly. What causes them & how to treat?

My Golden has sores/red spots on his belly. Does seem to bother him. Is there something I can put on it to heal them? What is it? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 1 year and 3 months old | 100 lbs

Hello. It looks like Yukon has some reaction on his skin, but it is impossible to say if this is a mild bacterial infection or an allergic response to something like the grass. It would be best to contact your veterinarian to examine the skin, & then an appropriate medication, shampoo or spray will probably be dispensed to address this.
