Ive got a pet hamster and I'm unsure is he's sick or not. Just recently I noticed this area around his bottom and it is red and hairless. Should I be alarmed? I'm sorry if my explanation is bad but I don't really know how else to explain it

That area could be inflamed because of diarrhoea for example or because of a skin infection (commonly bacterial infection or due to mites infestation). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately.

My robervosci dwarf hamster has got blood on her tail and we have no idea what it is .

IF she have another hamster in the cage that could be a fight wound, otherwise it's probably self inflicted, she could have mites, she could have an infection or maybe she got her tail stuck in the cage somewhere and pulled too hard to get out. You need to take her to the vet to get it checked.

This is probably due to an allergy, although it could also be infection or mites. First of all, in order to rule out skin parasites, you will need to treat with a high quality flea treatment, then ask the vet to perform a skin scrape - this might reveal an infection or a mite infestation. If all of those came back negative, the next step is to treat the allergy symptomatically and try to discover the cause of the allergy. Three main type of allergies are usually affecting pets: food allergies, flea and parasite related ones and environmental type (allergens coming from trees, pollens, dust etc etc). Some medications can be given by the vet in order to repair any possible skin lesions (like steroids and antibiotics). I noticed a small red spot on my hamster and asked a question on here. Now i just noticed that he got more. Now there are more then 3 now! What do i do?!

It could possibly be mange (mites in the hair follicles), ringworm (a fungal infection), or a bacterial skin infection. As ringworm is contagious to people and can spread rapidly, I recommend bringing your hamster to a vet for an examination and diagnostics based on the appearance of the lesions. In the meantime I would recommend handling your hamster with gloves and bathing with an antibacterial/antifungal shampoo such as Malaseb shampoo if you have access to this without a prescription where you live.
