Why is my cat licking a bald spot with crust? Should I see a vet?

My cat suddenly has a bald spot, I’m not sure if it hurts there’s some crust but no blood. It’s been really hot (I live in Germany) and i gave her a bath a few days ago and brushed her for a good hour. Maybe that irritated her I can see her licking it. I got her to wear a sweater now so she doesn’t irritate it further. Should I go to a vet or is this normal? And how do i disinfect the spot the best way.
