Hello there. My 12 year old Yorkshire Terrier has been clearing her throat and wanting to vomit for the last half an hour. She was sleeping soundly til she suddenly got resltess and trying to vomit. She vomited only frothy saliva, and it appears as if she keeps vomiting and swallowing it back up. I am afraid that this may be a gastrointestinal torsion. I'm sorry to hear Bibi is not doing well. If she has been attempting to vomit for a half hour straight without results, is in severe distress, or is turning pale or blue, this is a medical emergency and I would bring her to your vet or an emergency clinic right away.
