My dog has sudden red inflammation around her mouth. What is it?

I need help identifying the red inflammation around my dogs mouth. This was all of a sudden that she had this occur around her mouth. I thought she was bitten. She has been chewing quite a bit. I can’t find anything in her teeth. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 55 lbs

Please, take Rona to your local vets for an appointment. She will likely need a course of antibiotics in form of tablets or ointment/cream.
