My dog ate trash & litter box. Why is her poop yellow & popcorn-like?

Hello my dog is pooping and it looks like yellow popcorn? She got into some trash at my parents she tends to get into the trash. They have a cat box too she may have gotten in. Will this resolve? Pet's info: Dog | French Mastiff | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old | 75 lbs

It should resolve as long as she stops getting into the trash and litter box. You could feed her a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice for a few days and then transition to her regular food. If her clinical signs persist then she needs to be treated by a vet.
