My female adult cat who is not spayed keeps sneezing and licking her nose. Her nose is swollen and running. This is the first time that this is happening.

Poor Leah. She could have a severe upper respiratory infection or could have something stuck in her nasal cavity causing the swelling and discharge. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. When cats have issues with their nose like you are describing, they often stop eating because they can't smell their food. You want to avoid that happening, so I would take her into a vet this weekend to get this diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
