What's this red mark on my puppy's belly after playing post-spay?

This mark just appeared on our puppy's belly — after her first day outside playing post spay (surgery 2 weeks ago). Not sure if it's a tick bite or a hot spot or something else. Or if we should take her into the vet. Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer | Female | spayed | 5 months and 29 days old | 39 lbs

Hi there, Is this dark red circle flat and not swollen? If so, it appears most similar to a black fly bite. You can look these up on google images. They are generally benign but some dogs benefit from anti itch medications. If its warm to touch or swollen, or she seems to develop more of these bruises even while indoors, those would be reasons to have Stevie seen by her vet to ensure it's not something more serious.
