My miniature golden doodle is 4 months old, we where playing with a sock and it got caught on her right canine and it came out, the tooth was pretty pointy, sharp and tiny I was wondering if you guys think it’s a adult or baby. Should I be worried?

Given her age, that's her baby canine. Playing with a sock wouldn't be enough to tear out an adult canine. As long as the gum looks clean and isn't continuing to bleed after a few minutes, she will be fine. She's at the right age to be shedding her baby canines and her adult ones should be coming through soon.
