Is brown discharge from my 7-week-old kitten's nose and eyes serious?

My new 7 week old kitten has brownish discharge coming from his nose and eyes. I’m worried about and infection or maybe it’s nothing serious. He hasn’t had water all day but eats wet food and he hasn’t been sneezing or coughing. Pet's info: Cat | Feral | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 16 days old
