Hi there, Sorry to hear that Reggie is experiencing soft stools. Softer than normal stools can be caused by a wide range of things. New foods or treats, intestinal parasites, irritable bowel disease, and infectious causes (bacteria, viruses) can cause soft stools or diarrhea. If Reggie is experiencing any other clinical signs, such as lethargy, decreased appetite, vomiting, that may also help point in a diagnostic direction. Your veterinarian can advise best in Reggie's specific case after a physical examination. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
