My dog ate milk chocolate mix. Is an emergency vet visit needed?

Hello I came home to find that Luna had gone through some bags and she ate a regular size packet of milk chocolate mix and marshmallows, she seems to be acting normal other than panting a little bit her gums are nice and pink but her belly seems a little red and warm to the touch, her nose is wet and moist. She is laying down now but her face is red Should I be worried ? She weights about 47lbs should I rush her to the emergency vet?? Thank you in advance for your help.
